Over the years, the conferences organised by the Institute for Gambling Regulation (IPRH) have become a regular meeting point for regulators, public authorities, academics, industry representatives and experts in player protection from the Czech Republic and abroad. This year marks the 5th conference organised by IPRH.
On 11–12 November 2026, two consecutive international conferences will take place at ARA Palace in Prague, bringing together leading voices to discuss the key challenges currently shaping gambling regulation and player protection.
The International Conference on Gambling 2026 on 11 November will feature speakers including Andrew Rhodes, former Chief Executive of the British Gambling Commission, Anders Dorph, Director of the Danish Gambling Authority and Chair of GREF, Martin Šabo from the Czech Ministry of Finance, Simo Dragicevic, Kamil Javůrek and other Czech and international experts. The programme will address gambling regulation, illegal gambling, match-fixing, enforcement and the growing role of artificial intelligence in the sector.
On 12 November, the conference Prague as the Heart of Responsible Gambling 2026 will continue the discussion with a stronger focus on responsible gambling, prevention, vulnerable groups and practical tools for safer gambling.
Registration for both conference days is now open.
