Following the issuance of Decree No. 433/2021, On Outcome Documents, we have prepared an overview of the impacts of the new decree on outcome documents.
A number of IFGR comments were accepted, such as reducing the font size on the registration mark, already registered registration marks remaining valid for 1 year, setting a transitional period of 6 months to modify your outcome document repository, or adding game versions to the final table. Regarding the “old” expert assessments, it is possible to update them, but unfortunately, they must already meet the new requirements of the Decree. The possibility of assessing the server, software RNG, or central authority separately was not accepted by the MoF.
