The Ministry of Finance will not require a new certification following the requirements of the Reporting Decree.

In its official response (see below), the MoF stated that the correctness of game data in game systems is already assessed in terms of the certification (compliance with Section 3 of Decree No. 208/2017 Coll. – the system complies with ISO/IEC 27001:2014), and the correctness of used certificates, encryption and other requirements specified in the Reporting Decree will be assessed only by the Customs Administration. Therefore, the MoF will not require the new certification (expert assessment) of game systems.
