At the Institute for Gambling Regulation, we are organizing the second annual National Conference on Gambling this year!
What will be this year’s key theme? Starting next year, a new version of the gambling law will be in effect, and the changes will also affect the taxation of gambling. These changes will not only affect operators but will also have implications for municipalities, the state, and regulatory authorities. Discussion panels will focus on these changes from the perspective of various segments, what they can expect with the transition to the new legal framework, and how they will seek intelligent regulation of gambling at the local level. One of the panels will also address the challenges facing programs that reduce the risks of gambling.
The National Conference on Gambling is an opportunity where we want various perspectives to be heard. We are pleased that key representatives of state and public administration have accepted our invitation and will come to discuss, as well as experts in the field of gambling issues.
